If you would like to make a referral for family support, please use the Childrens Portal https://cp.childrensportal.enfield.gov.uk/web/portal/pages/home

Professionals should refer families for support if:

1. There is no safeguarding concern
2. There is a child under 5 in the family
3. Needs cannot be met by other agencies already involved/further support is required
