Early Help & Family Support

We have a dedicated team of outreach staff in the Children’s Centre who are here to offer support when things are hard or you just need a bit of help to sort things out that affect you and your family.

This support can encompass many things: family routines, behaviour management, parenting courses, domestic abuse support, feeding issues and signposting to name a few. We work alongside many agencies and professionals so if we haven’t got the answers, we will usually know someone who will.

You can self-refer into the service via the link below or have a chat with one of the team who can help you with the referral. You can also ask a professional you are working with to refer you in.           

It’s as simple as that and we can then begin to support you to have better outcomes.
